Share the process, not only the launch

I build the future with technology, and I want the path to stay visible. A finished announcement is the smallest part of the work.

Ideas

An idea is a bet on what should exist. I write it down while it is still specific: who it is for, what it replaces, and why the technology makes it possible now.

Shipping

I would rather put a real version in someone's hands than polish a plan. Speed is how I find out whether the idea was any good. The rough edges are part of the record.

Lessons

Each ship changes what I think technology can do, and what it should not be asked to do. Those views belong next to the work, while they are still honest.
